產(chǎn)品描述：Fibroblasts were first described in 19th century and can be found in many different sites of the human body with a substantial topographic diversity. Thyroid fibroblasts are found in the capsule of the thyroid gland, an endocrine organ responsible for hormone homeostasis and iodine concentration. Fibroblasts in thyroid gland have been suggested to possess several characteristic attributes that associated with thyroid dysfunction. With a unique ganglioside expression profile, thyroid hormone fibroblasts involve in the crosstalk with immunocompetent cells, suggesting a potential role in the inflammatory responses of thyroid gland. The abnormal accumulation of hyaluronan that sourced from thyroid fibroblasts can also contribute greatly to the thyroid-associated disease such as hypothyroidism and Graves’ disease.
